PSYPACT, the interjurisdictional compact for telepsychology, has become operational with twelve states enacting PSYPACT legislation. PSYPACT states include: Arizona, Colorado, Delaware, Georgia, Missouri, Nebraska, Nevada, Utah, Texas (effective 9/1/2019), New Hampshire (effective 9/8/2019), Oklahoma (effective 11/1/2019), and Illinois (effective 1/1/2020). Each state has appointed a PSYPACT Commissioner, and on July 22nd– 23rd, 2019, the PSYPACT Commission convened for its first meeting. The Commission discussed topics including governance, structure, administration operations, and rules related to this interstate compact.
